Playova — restore a purchase

Start with where you purchased.

Apple and Google sales are not open yet. This guide describes the planned restoration process. Existing web customers can use their account or contact support.

Apple

When available, use the same App Store purchase account and the restore option inside Playova. Apple Basic will cover the eligible iPhone/iPad apps; an Apple sign-in to Playova alone is not proof of purchase.

Google Play

When available, open Playova with the same Google Play purchase account and restore your purchase. The planned Basic scope includes Android mobile and Android TV as released.

Plus and web licences

The upcoming Plus plan will use one verified Playova account across supported platforms. Web purchases are managed through Playova; an Apple or Google restore action cannot recover a web payment.
