The product
Playova is a player. It carries no channels, no catalogue and no subscription; you bring your own IPTV or M3U subscription, and everything played through it is between you and that provider.
What is free and what is paid
Watching on the desktop and the phone is free. Recording, scheduled recording, downloads, more than one subscription, catch-up and similar extras need a licence, sold per plan and limited to five devices.
Your account
You are responsible for the account and the devices signed in to it. A household sharing one account is what it is for; publishing the keys to it is not.
Payments
Payments run through Paddle. Prices are on the pricing page; a yearly licence runs for its term and a one-off licence does not expire. Refunds follow the law where you bought it and Paddle’s own policy.
No warranty
The application is provided as is. Providers change their servers and streams break; we fix what we can, but no promise is made that any particular channel will play.
Limit of liability
If Playova causes you damage, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
The product and these terms change over time. The current terms live on this page, and continuing to use Playova after a change means you accept it.
