Privacy
What we keep, and what we never touch.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
The short version
Your e-mail address and your list of devices are all we keep. What you watch never leaves your machine, and nothing about you is sold to anyone.
What the account holds
When you create an account we store the e-mail address, the sign-in method, the devices you signed in from (name, platform, app version and a device hash), and the state of your subscription. The account service keeps short-lived technical logs so its doors can resist abuse.
What stays on your device
Your subscriptions, the programme guide, viewing progress, recordings and downloads live inside the application on your computer or phone. The service cannot see them and does not want to.
Payments
Payments run through Paddle, who act as the seller of record and take your card details under their own privacy policy. We learn your e-mail address and the state of your subscription — never your card number.
Your address is used for sign-in links and receipts, sent through Resend. There is no marketing list and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Who else is involved
The site and the account service run on Cloudflare. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, that provider tells us your name and e-mail address, and nothing more.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from the account page; that removes your devices and your subscription record. For anything else, write to [email protected] and you will hear back within a few days.
