Refunds
When your money comes back.

The short version
If the licence does not deliver the features described on the pricing page and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase and say what went wrong — no forms, no interrogation.
How to ask
Send one e-mail to [email protected] from the address you bought with, and attach the Paddle receipt (or just the order number). You will hear back within a few days, and approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
When a refund is due
A licence that cannot record, download or unlock the paid features — and stays broken after we had a fair chance to fix it — is refunded in full. So is a duplicate purchase or an accidental double charge.
When it is not
A licence that works as described is not refunded for a change of mind once the paid features have been used. And if your provider changes a server and a channel disappears, that is between you and the provider; the player still plays.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
If the law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal for distance sales, that right stands beside this policy. For digital content delivered immediately, that law usually asks for your express consent to start delivery — and the right ends once delivery has begun. We always say so at checkout.
Contact
Anything about refunds goes to [email protected] first. Paddle, as the seller of record, is the second name on every receipt, and their buyer-support can trace any order.
